Check of the refrigeration circuit, the output and the efficiency of the heat pump.

Filter cleaning, check of the refrigerant and of the efficiency of the air conditioning units.

Diagnostics

Check of the controls and of the settings for operation and consumption.

24/7 emergency service

Call-out when heating or cooling fails outside business hours.

Service log

We document the service history of the system, which is required for the warranty.

Service – questions and answers

Do you also service systems that you did not supply yourself?

We do not service third-party systems. We represent our own manufacturers only and offer service exclusively for their systems, according to the specifications direct from the manufacturer.

Does my manufacturer's warranty remain valid?

Yes, the service is carried out according to the prescribed manufacturer's specifications and we keep a complete service log.

How often is a service inspection needed?

The recommended frequency depends on the type of system, usually once a year, and for solid fuel boilers also before the heating season.

Do you offer an emergency service outside business hours?

Yes, for serious heating or cooling faults we offer an emergency service.
